What is the difference between the Transformation and Platinum Retainers?Both build on the Operational Audit, to help you implement change. The key difference is the Platinum retainer is for deep structural mid-term change, where I work with you in the office on a weekly basis.3. How do you treat confidentiality?All information and documentation is treated with utmost care, covered by a Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agreement, and irretrievably destroyed at the conclusion of our contract with you.4. Do you work for my firm as a solicitor?No, my role is as a business consultant, helping your firm identify strategic gaps and to implement financial, cultural, and marketing change.
